Docketing within TrackIT is flexible and can work with both paper dockets and eDockets or a combination of both.

 

All jobs go to the Trucks App and then dockets (LDD) and weighbridge weight certificates are photographed as well as log packet photos can be taken .

 

Photos can be uploaded directly into TrackIT.

Orders are created based on Customer requirements.
These can be generated via the Plan for the week or can be created manually by duplicating a previous order.
When orders are made they will be found on the manage orders page.

From this page you can Edit, Duplicate or Delete orders.

LFU or Loads For Uplift are reported by crews via the crew application on their device. These are then recorded in TrackIT and can be viewed on the LFU report.

LFU is a calculation using current landing stocks , planned uplift against planned production for that landing.

LFU requests are then used on the delivery schedule to create loads for the following days.

Allows Forest Managers to plan the orders for the week.

Crew production estimates come from the crew app directly into the plan.  Crew production can be edited if required. Uplift adjusted stock levels are also shown.

 

Before starting your weekly plan, you can check that all required grades and customers required are on the plan by checking your defaults.

Select ether Grades or Customer landing and select the required checkboxes.

 

 

Once you are ready to start planning select “GO’” on the week you wish to plan for.

The Uplift Plan Progress report will show you load completion towards planned order numbers for the week.

This information is based off load projection from the Uplift plan. As the week progresses the uplift progress report updates to actuals as loads are delivered.

Report shows who has loaded the load, crew or driver.

Report shows the Uplift Loads and tonnes for the week.

 

The Crew uplift / tonnes report shows you the loads that have been uplifted each day and the tonnes uplifted within these loads.

It will also show the average loads per day uplifted and required loads per day.

Report shows the Production Estimates by landing entered by the crews.

Production Estimates are entered weekly by crews via the crew app for their estimated production for the week ahead. They can also be entered manually on the enter production estimates page.

Production estimates are then used to produce the weekly plan.
