                <p>LFU or Loads For Uplift are reported by crews via the crew application on their device. These are then recorded in TrackIT and can be viewed on the LFU report.</p>
<p>LFU is a calculation using current landing stocks , planned uplift against planned production for that landing.</p>
<p>LFU requests are then used on the delivery schedule to create loads for the following days.</p>

On the enter LFU page you can see where LFU requests have been entered per crew for their active (local) landings. This is marked with a tick in the relevant day.<br />
To add/edit LFU requests you can click on the landing you wish to edit and make changes if needed.</p>

<p>Crew production estimates come from the crew app directly into the plan.  Crew production can be edited if required. Uplift adjusted stock levels are also shown.</p>

<p>Before starting your weekly plan, you can check that all required grades and customers required are on the plan by checking your defaults.</p>
<p>Select ether Grades or Customer landing and select the required checkboxes.</p>

<p>Once you are ready to start planning select “GO’” on the week you wish to plan for.</p>

<p>If the crews cut plan or grades will be altered, you can amend their production estimates here.</p>

<p>The customer area is where order numbers are planned for the week. This area is completely editable, and notes can be added by clicking on the customer’s name.</p>
<p>When planning orders, the aim is to make sure the closing stock line at the top is not in negative (red) for any grade</p>

<li>Click save order to finish</li>
<li>Do this for each customer and grade for the week.</li>

                <p>Production Estimates are entered weekly by crews via the crew app for their estimated production for the week ahead. They can also be entered manually on the enter production estimates page.</p>
<p>Production estimates are then used to produce the weekly plan.</p>
